Delivery and payment

Our contracting partner for delivery of shipments is Pošta Slovenije. However, Embalazanakit reserves the right to choose another delivery service if the order can be fulfilled more efficiently. You can find more about the delivery here. (add price list)

You can pay for products in the Embalazanakit online store:

After take over – you pay for the delivery to the delivery service when the goods are delivered to you. The cost of delivery is already included in the total value of the order. The cost of mail commissioning is paid by us.

Payment by pro forma invoice: When choosing payment by pro forma invoice, you will receive to the e-mail address you provided when registering (it is important that the e-mail address is correct); a confirmation of the order on which you will have all the information for making the payment: the amount of payment, transaction account, reference number (00 and order number, e.g. 00 1000012345) and the purpose of payment. Money order to the company account: Embalazanakit. When choosing payment by pro forma invoice, you will pay the ordered goods with a general UPN payment order (payment slip). The quickest and easiest way to pay is via your online bank (Klik, Abanet, Bank @ Net, Link, etc.), or you can go to any bank or post office. After the payment, you can send us a payment receipt to our e-mail address [email protected], since all the bills of confirmation of payment are for informational purposes only.


There is no need to register for order in the online store If you want to make a purchase, you have to fill in the exact information when submitting your order.

The provider may also refuse the order if it cannot be carried out under the given conditions. The prospective buyer is informed in advance and the reasons for the rejection of the order indicated if possible.

The goods order is valid as a confirmation of the purchase contract. After the completion of the order process, the customer receives order information on the specified e-mail address. Normally, the addressee receives the e-mail within 5 minutes, however, it is not unusual if the process takes a little longer due to the different settings of e-mail clients.

The customer also receives an electronic notification when the goods are dispatched. In case you have ordered goods that, due to unpredictable reasons, cannot be dispatched within the promised period, we will notify you of the new delivery period via the contact information provided.

Order cancellation

The orders via the online store can be cancelled by the customer at no extra cost until the receipt of the e-mail confirming that the order has already been shipped and sent from the online store

Notice of cancellation of the order can only be made by e-mail to [email protected] The following information is mandatory in the electronic message:

– The title of the message: Order cancellation

– The content of the message: a) the name and surname of the buyer, b) the address of the buyer, c) the order number


All prices on the website are in EUR. All prices displayed on the web address can be changed without prior notice. The sales contract between the provider and the buyer is concluded at the moment when the provider issues the order, by means of an electronic message sent to the e-mail address of the buyer. From this moment on, all prices and other terms are binding on both the provider and the buyer.

All prices include VAT unless expressly stated otherwise.

Prices are valid at the time of the order and do not have a predefined validity.

The prices apply in the case of payment by the payment methods and under the conditions mentioned above.

Despite the extraordinary effort to provide the most up-to-date and accurate data, it may be that the price information is incorrect. In this case, or if the price of the item changes during the processing of the order, Embalazanakit will allow the buyer to withdraw from the purchase.

Discounts, promotional codes, etc. as a rule do not add up.

Paid funds from gift vouchers, bonuses and pro forma invoices are not remunerated. Gift certificates and bonus codes for discounts cannot be exchanged for cash.

Tracking the order

After your order, you can follow your shipment on the tracking link, where you enter the package number.


The administrator of the online store, the company Embalaža Šoštarič d.o.o., is doing its best to ensure the up-to-date and correctness of the published data on the website Nevertheless, the properties of the articles, the delivery period, or the price may change so quickly that the administrator fails to correct the information on the web pages. In this case, the administrator will inform the buyer of the changes and allow him to resign from the order or to change the ordered goods. In the event that a visitor to the web site estimates that the data are incorrect, let us know.


The provider provides all necessary technological and organizational solutions for the complete security of purchase. We also guarantee the security of the purchase by observing all applicable legal obligations and recommendations of the Slovenian and international consumer associations.

Complaints and disputes

The provider respects the applicable consumer protection legislation. The provider is struggling to fulfil its duty to provide an effective complaint handling system.

The provider is aware that the essential characteristic of consumer disputes is the disproportion between the economic value of the claim, the time needed and the costs arising out of the settlement of the dispute, which is also the main obstacle for the consumer not to bring the dispute before the court. That is why the provider strives to do its best to resolve any dispute by mutual consent.
